2-Way Voice is a convenient, hands free feature that allows you to communicate directly
with an our monitoring center person from almost anywhere in your home. The control
panel works like an intercom so our monitoring center personnel can verify and emergency
in your home. In case of emergency, you will be required to provide verbal password
so the employee of the monitoring center can confirm your identity.
The microphone in your control panel is so strong that it can pick up a normal talking
voice from over 75 feet away, so you can communicate with a monitoring center person
even if you're injured and can't make it to the control panel.
